. ODP Registration 2009/2010

 Registration will take place at the fields on the day of tryouts.  Payment will be due at Registration.  Registration fees for ODP and YOP will be $50.00.  Bring the following 3 forms to Registration:  Medical Release Form (must be notarized), Medical History Form, and Player Data Form.    Payments can be made by check, cash, or money order
