If your son or daughter was selected to an ODP team that will compete in the Region IV ODP Championships, please CLICK HERE & then select login under the "Players & Families" option to the bottom right side of the page.


FINANCIAL AID:

If you would like to apply for financial aid, please print this form, complete it and mail it to AYSA:

Please simply complete and mail it.  Contacting the AYSA office is not necessary.
