Credentials will be done after the freeze date, but before competition begins.  Each team will be required to present proof of age documents (list of acceptable proof of age documents can be located on the website, www.azyouthsoccer.org., under registration), notarized medical release forms and player passes.  If a player on your team is foreign born, you must provide an English translation as well as waiver/clearance documentation. Please visit the website frequently for up to date information on credential check in dates and times.
 
Each team will be permitted 4 coach/manager/trainer on the sideline. Coach/manager/trainer must have a coaching pass for the team as well as a sideline pass.  The only exception is the following:  Each club will be allowed one Director of Coaching pass for each gender.  Keep in mind, when the DOC pass is used, this does count as one of the 4 coach/manager/trainer permitted on the sideline.
