Arizona Youth Soccer Association would like to take a moment to extend a personal invitation to you in regards to our upcoming National Youth License.
The US Soccer/US Youth Soccer National Youth License is a 5-day course that combines both classroom (theory) and practical (field) sessions, and concludes with written, oral, and practical examinations. Candidates will be videotaped throughout the course; they will leave with a better understanding of the adjustments that adults must make in order to become a better and more effective Coach to our young players.

DATES: May 11-13, & May 19-20
TIMES: Check-in on Friday, May 11, 2012 begins 4pm-6:15PM
The Course concludes at 4pm on Sunday, May 20, 2012
PLACE: Grande Sports World
COST: $650 (does not include room and board)
$750 (Including room and board)
Application:
- A copy of US Soccer “D” National License, OR copy of highest license/diploma received.
- A $150.00 non-refundable application fee or full tuition is due upon application; balance paid in full by May 1, 2012.
- One passport size photograph (1”X 2”)
- A completed application must be accompanied by the above in order to be accepted and a place reserved.
- A late cancellation fee of $75.00 will be assessed to candidates who cancel less than three (3) weeks from the start of the course.
